<p>The present invention relates to a gas burner which has the protection function of a diagonal line shaped burner port and, more specifically, to a gas burner which: prevents boiling liquid from flowing to a main flame hole and an auxiliary flame hole where flame raises and blocking the main flame hole and the auxiliary flame hole by enabling liquid, which is boiled by heat when cooking food, to flow naturally along a liquid flow control part and the upper surface of a downward sloping gas burner in an edge direction; prevents gas flame from being put off by the boiling liquid; and is used by forming the main flame hole and the auxiliary flame hole in a slope, which makes flame touch a wide surface, and increasing firepower. The gas burner includes: a burner body which includes a support part and a gas supply pipe; and a burner head which includes an inclined surface, a liquid flow control part, and the main flame hole.</p> |
