PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified polyolefin resin dispersed composition having excellent adhesiveness to a nonpolar base material and solvent resistance even under a dry condition at a low temperature of ≤100°C.SOLUTION: The modified polyolefin resin dispersed composition includes: (a) a modified polyolefin which is modified by a polarity-imparting agent containing an unsaturated carboxylic acid compound, and a radical polymerizable monomer and/or chlorine, and which has an anionic functional group; (b) a polyvalent metal salt; (c) a basic substance; (d) a surfactant; and (e) water. A primer, ink and a coating material containing the composition are also provided. |
