<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticking device of an adhesive tape, for preventing decline of setting accuracy of a cut-off part of the adhesive tape cut off into a prescribed length. <P>SOLUTION: The sticking device of an adhesive tape comprises: a supply reel 11 of release tape; a feed mechanism 20 including a holding chuck 17 and a feed chuck 18 having a pair of holding pieces 17a and 18a driven to be open and closed, for intermittently drawing the release tape from the supply reel by a prescribed length each and making it run by opening and closing of the pair of holding pieces of the chucks and drive of the feed chuck; a cutting mechanism 31 for cutting the adhesive tape stuck to the release tape drawn and made to run by the feed mechanism into the prescribed length; and a pressurizing tool 48 for pressurizing, heating and sticking the adhesive tape of the prescribed length cut by the cutting mechanism and positioned at a sticking position to TCP standing by at the sticking position. On a holding surface of at least one holding piece of the respective chucks, an oil groove for wetting the holding surface with grease is formed, and grease is supplied to the oil groove from a grease reservoir formed at the holding piece. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
