<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a troubleshooting device for a plunger pump capable of stably determining whether a failure exists in the plunger pump. <P>SOLUTION: A selector valve 25 is installed on a discharge line 20 on its way to a hydraulic cylinder 22 whereto a pressure oil discharged from a hydraulic pump 17 is fed via the discharge line 20. A branch line 26 connected with the selector valve 25 is equipped with a relief valve 27 to hold at the set level the pressure of a working oil flowing in the branch line 26. A pressure sensor 29 is installed on a draining line 28 through which the working oil to leak inside the hydraulic pump 17 when the hydraulic pump 17 is driven, is discharged to a tank 18. A controller 31 judges whether a failure exists in the hydraulic pump 17 on the basis of the sensing value of the pressure sensor 29 given in the condition that the selector valve 25 is changed over to the return position (β). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
