PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrant preventing an operational error by associating the take-out of a nozzle from a nozzle holder with the operation of a hydrant valve opening/closing lever when a hose is drawn out. SOLUTION: The nozzle holder 70 for detachably holding the nozzle attached to the hose stored in a casing and a control box 76 provided with the hydrant valve opening/closing lever 64 for remotely opening/closing a hydrant valve are disposed on the inner side of a hydrant door 18. The nozzle holder detachably holds the nozzle while a holder member 120 with a closed hinge 122 with a spring is in a standing state. When the nozzle is detached, the holder member is laid down and lowered by opening the hinge by the spring. An end of a locking rod member 134 is connected to the holder member, and the movement of the hydrant valve opening/closing lever is locked by inserting the distal end of the locking rod member into locking holes 140, 144 and 146. When the nozzle is detached and the holder member is laid down, the distal end of the locking rod member comes off from the locking holes, so that the hydrant valve opening/closing lever can be operated for opening/closing.
