PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly perform surveillance under the same condition as a situation of erroneous detection of balls occurring by combining large balls with an output device of electromagnetic waves of a specific frequency. SOLUTION: Two false ball detection sensors 122S are mounted to a ball guide panel 200, magnetic substances 130 are connected electrically by a wire 131, and the wire 131 is disposed along the ball guide panel 200 to easily guide electromagnetic waves of a specific frequency. Therefore, an influence of electromagnetic waves of a specific frequency from the outside is received under the same conditions as those received by another ball detection sensor 212. The two false ball detection sensors 122S can discriminate the presence or absence of electromagnetic waves of a specific frequency when the magnetic substances 130 are held in a passage hole 122SA from the beginning, which is similar to a situation where large balls stay in another ball winning sensor 212, an influence of electromagnetic waves of a specific frequency from the outside can be maintained constantly, and an output signal of each of the two false ball detection sensors 122S is being monitored.
