<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable releasing the locked state of a toner container by smoothly carrying out a pressing operation even when the operator has long fingernails. <P>SOLUTION: Regarding a printer 10 where the toner container 30 for replenishing the toner to a developing apparatus is attachably/detachably loaded to the printer main body 11, the toner container 30 is locked in the printer main body 11 by the energizing force of a coil spring 481b, on the other hand, the printer 10 includes an operation lever 484 for releasing the locked state with a pressing operation of pressing the lever 484 downward against the energizing force of the coil spring 481b.
