<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely automate an entire test by automatically implementing up link and down link tests of a mobile phone and further performing analysis by also automatically acquiring results of the implemented tests. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile phone testing system comprises a loop-back device connected to a telephone line network, and a mobile phone testing device. The loop-back device includes an incoming data receiving section for receiving incoming data transmitted from the mobile phone testing device side, and a outgoing data transmitting section for transmitting, to a mobile phone, all or a part of received incoming data as outgoing data. Thus, not only the down link test but also the up link test can be determined by operation from one side.
