The present invention discloses an energy harvester using a mass and a mobile device including the same. The disclosed energy harvester includes: a mass; a first substrate and a second substrate which are spaced apart from each other; a first electrode and a second electrode arranged on the first and second substrates; and an energy harvester which are arranged between the first and second electrodes to generate electricity by using the mechanical force applied by the motion of the mass.
