Chirale oxazole-arylpropionic acid derivatives and their use as PPAR agonists

Disclosed are chirale oxazole-arylpropionic acid derivatives of formula (I), pharmaceutically acceptable salts and esters thereof, and their use as PPAR agonists, wherein R1 to R6 and n are as defined in the specification. These compounds are useful for the treatment and/or prevention of diseases such as type II diabetes, which are modulated by PPARalpha and/or PPARgamma agonists.
