PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel structure capable of being molded using a small-sized extrusion device and being formed using a light-weight, strong and inexpensive extrusion shape member. SOLUTION: A fitting recessed part 22d and a step part 22f are formed on a hollow extrusion shape member 22, a fitting projection part 24d and a step part 24f are formed on a hollow extrusion shape member 24, the fitting projection part 24d is fitted to the fitting recessed part 22d, a part where the step part 22f and the step part 24f are engaged is joined by a frictional agitation joining means, and thus a panel structure 20 is formed by connecting the hollow extrusion shape members 22, 24. In each of the hollow extrusion shape members 22, 24, in the internal cavity of the extrusion cross section, reinforcing plate parts 34, 36, 46, 48 having thickness in a direction inclined relative to the thickness direction are formed along the length direction of the hollow extrusion shape members 22, 24.
