PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect constituent components from a large load through a simple and reasonably-priced structure without increasing the number of components required while addressing the needs of miniaturization. SOLUTION: Gear teeth 51a are provided across the approximately half the periphery along the circumferential direction of an output gear 51 on the outer peripheral side of the output gear 51, while, protrusions 31c that project from a gear case 31 toward the direction of the diameter of the output gear 51 are provided, whereas, contacting surfaces 51b, 51c, 31d, 31e that regulate the rotation of an output shaft 44 for an angle equal to or more than a prescribed angle are provided on the gear teeth 51a and protrusions 31c alternately in a manner contactable with one another. This allows for the regulation of the output shaft 44 rotating at the prescribed angle or more, in a case wherein a large load is acted on the output shaft 44, with the respective contacting surfaces 51b, 51c of the gear teeth 51a and the respective contacting surfaces 31d, 31e of the protrusions 31c being kept in contact.
