<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate output deviations generated due to a change in environment, the dislocation of components, etc. over the whole of the rated output range of a laser device, and secure the output corresponding to command values precisely. <P>SOLUTION: A power source control unit 18 of a laser device 10 is provided with: a power supply commanding section 20 commanding a power source 14 to perform power supply operation to a laser oscillation section 12 according to a laser oscillation command value C; and a functional operation section 22 finding a function F approximately representing the functionality of a measured value of laser output to the laser oscillation command value, on the basis of a plurality of different laser oscillation command values C that are given to the power supply commanding section and a plurality of different measured values of laser output M that are obtained by an output measurement section 16, with respect to the laser beam L oscillated by the laser oscillation section according to the laser oscillation command values. The power supply commanding section performs a correction process to the laser oscillation command values on the basis of the function, after the functional operation section has found the function.
