FIELD: medicine, veterinary science, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with destructing biotissues of different organs affected with pathological process. The method for thermocoagulation of biotissues with the heated heat carrier deals with introducing a hollow metallic needle being an active electrode, a temperature-sensitive element into biotissue through foramens in the wall and supplying high-frequency current, moreover, it is necessary to heat the mentioned heat carrier up to the boiling point, as for the needle's tip it should be isolated against the rest part of the needle. The device for biotissue thermocoagulation with the heated heat carrier contains the generator of high-frequency current connected with a flat neutral electrode and an active electrode designed as a hollow metallic needle supplied with dielectric covering, with foramens in the wall and with a temperature-sensitive element in its cavity. The needle's tip has been designed without dielectric covering being electrically isolated against the rest part of the needle with dielectric interlayer or designed out of a solid dielectric.
