<p>The present invention relates to an international call system capable of removing a charge of a call waiting time and a method of realizing an international call by using the same. According to the present invention, a call waiting time taken to establish a call can be removed when using an international call of a high fee, so that an international call user can be prevented from being weary and the charge for the call waiting time can be removed, thereby improving the international call satisfaction of a user.
