<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carpet and a method for manufacturing the carpet given uniform filling sufficiently permeating a surface pile layer and excelling in fuzz preventing effect (fuzz resistance) by filling without needing large amounts of application and heat in manufacturing. <P>SOLUTION: A filling layer is formed of low viscosity polyvinyl chloride resin with a viscosity of 2,000 CPS or lower and with an inorganic component of 200 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of polyvinyl chloride resin to provide the carpet excelling in fuzz preventing effect (fuzz resistance) and firmly bonded to a lining layer without needing the large amount of application and heat. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
