摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow-by gas heater including a copper pipe which has a first heat receiving part and a second heat receiving part facing one electrode and the other electrode of a PTC element, respectively, to perform directly transmit heat generated by the PTC element from both surfaces of the element to the copper pipe via both the heat receiving parts to achieve efficient heat conduction, thereby increasing the temperature of blow-by gas properly even in a low temperature environment. <P>SOLUTION: The blow-by gas heater comprises a heater base 11, a substantially cylindrical copper pipe 21, and a PTC element 31. The copper pipe comprises an upstream pipe part 23 and a downstream pipe part 24. The upstream pipe part comprises a contact surface 26 for receiving electric power from a power supply part and a counter planar part 27 having a function as a first heat receiving part. The downstream pipe part comprises an extended piece 29 for receiving electric power and a planar part 24a of the downstream pipe part functioning as a second heat receiving part. While the power supply to the PTC element forms an electric closed circuit, the heat receiving parts conduct heat generated by the PTC element to the pipe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
