<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for filling an article to be packaged which can prevent the appearance of an empty bag even if the supply of the article to be packaged by an article-to-be-packaged supply device is late by increasing the degree of freedom of a layout in the case that an intermittent rotation-type rotary bagging and packaging machine and the article-to-be-packaged supply device are interlocked with each other. <P>SOLUTION: The intermittent rotation-type rotary bagging and packaging machine includes a plurality of sets of grippers which intermittently move on a predetermined circular orbit, and a plurality of hoppers which have lower portions constituted in an openable/closable manner and are provided in such a manner as to correspond to the plurality of sets of grippers and disposed above the grippers, respectively. A bag is held in a suspended state by having both ends of the bag sandwiched by the grippers, and transferred in a predetermined range; and the hoppers are moved while being synchronized with the grippers. The article to be packaged is supplied to the hopper which is stopped in a predetermined stop position and the lower portion of which is closed, and the presence or absence of the article to be packaged in the hopper supplied with the article to be packaged is detected. When the presence of the article to be packaged is detected, the bag is supplied to the gripper corresponding to the hopper in which the article to be packaged is detected, and the article to be packaged is infilled into the supplied bag by opening the lower portion of the hopper in which the article to be packaged is detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
