PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of the efficiency of various types of work by workers in a container. SOLUTION: When installed, the container C can be switched between a lower position and a higher position higher than the lower position in the container height direction by a holding device H capable of supporting a body of the container C. When the container C is located in the lower position, the upper face of the container C is lowered so as to facilitate work on the container C.
