摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional relative coordinate measurement instrument which is capable of measuring relative coordinates without preliminarily recognizing the position and attitude of a camera at a photographing point. SOLUTION: A three-dimensional relative coordinate measurement instrument 90 includes: an image acquisition unit 100 which acquires a first capture image obtained by imaging three reference points from a first viewpoint by an imaging apparatus; a viewpoint projection angle extraction unit 120 which holds information of a pixel viewpoint projection angle for each pixel and uses the information to acquire three first reference viewpoint projection angles being pixel viewpoint projection angles corresponding to three reference points projected in the first capture image; an inclination angle calculation unit 130a which uses three first reference viewpoint projection angles and relative coordinates of three reference points to calculate a first inclination angle formed between a first imaging surface being an imaging surface of the first capture image and a reference plane including three reference points; and a relative coordinate measurement unit 130d which uses the first inclination angle to measure relative coordinates of one of three reference points and an object point.
