A water-filtering apparatus is provided to wash a filtering net automatically even without performing a separate backwashing process, by installing a plurality of entrance parts inside and outside the filtering net so as to remove pollutants adhering to the filtering net. A rear plate(60) is joined to a rear end of a main body(10). A chamber(61) is formed at the rear plate. The chamber is protruded toward an inside of the main body. An external joining element(64) is formed at the center of the chamber. A connection pipe(17) is connected to the chamber. A cylindrical filtering net(20) is fixed within the main body. A rear portion of the cylindrical filtering net is opened. A front plate(23) is formed at the cylindrical filtering net. A shaft joining element(24) is formed at the center of the front plate. An external pipe(50) is formed within the filtering net. A plurality of entrance parts(80) are formed on an outer circumferential surface of the external pipe. A ventilation hole(58) is formed in a rear end of the external pipe. The rear end of the external pipe is joined to the external joining element of the chamber. The entrance parts are formed on a plurality of divergence pipes. The divergence pipes are connected to a shaft pipe(70). A transport shaft(35) is connected to a front end of the shaft pipe. The shaft pipe is joined to the shaft joining port of the front plate of the filtering net. The shaft pipe is fixed to the rear end of the external pipe while the shaft pipe passes through the shaft joining port. The shaft pipe and the external pipe are rotated and reciprocated by rotation and shaft-directional reciprocation of the transport shaft.
