<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate equipped with an intermediate layer capable of well bonding and keeping the adhesion and durability between a base material and a film by forming the film comprising a functional silicon compound by forming the film not only to the surface of the base material comprising a surface of an oxide containing glass but also the surface of the base material comprising a resin material, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The intermediate layer, which contains an epoxy compound, a polyfunctional silane compound and a disilane compound is formed on the base material. By this method, the intermediate layer good in adhesion and durability can be formed on both of the base material and the film of the functional silicon compound to provide the laminate constituted so that the film of the functional silicon compound is bonded to the base material with good adhesion and keeping durability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
