摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accurately and stably controlling a discharged quantity from a microinjection device. <P>SOLUTION: A valve b7 is opened from a state of closing a valve a4 and a valve b7 to mix injection pressure-producing pressure with maintaining pressure to produce injection pressure. The discharge of a discharge target from a capillary 9 is started with the injection pressure. Then, the output pressure of a regulator 3 is set to the injection pressure, and the valve a4 is opened to add the injection pressure to the capillary 9. The valve b7 is opened from a state of closing the valve a4 and the valve b7, and the maintaining pressure-producing pressure is mixed with the injection pressure to produce a maintaining pressure. The discharge of a discharging target is ended with the maintaining pressure.
