<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information showing relation between deletion schedule and free capacity of a data file. <P>SOLUTION: A size holding part 105 holds data amount information of the data file stored by a file storage part 101. A deletion schedule management part 102 and a deletion schedule holding part 106 manage a deletion scheduled data of the data file stored by the file storage part 101. A list information generation part 111 acquires the deletion scheduled date and the data amount information about all or a part of the data file stored by the file storage part 101, and makes a free capacity calculation part 109 predict future free capacity of the file storage part 101.
