<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable recycling of FRP waste as a fuel by crushing the FRP waste in a crushing step, selectively removing metals therefrom in a metal selective removal step, pulverizing the FRP waste in a pulverizing step, selectively removing foamed materials therefrom in a foamed material selective removal step, while crushing a waste polyethylene film in a film crushing step and solidifying the FRP waste in a kneading and solidifying step in which the waste polyethylene film melted by frictional heat is used as a binder. <P>SOLUTION: This FRP waste treatment method comprises a dismantling step S<SB>1</SB>of dismantling the FRP waste W, the crushing step S<SB>2</SB>, the metal selective removal step S<SB>3</SB>of selectively removing metals, the pulverizing step S<SB>4</SB>, the foamed material selective removal step S<SB>5</SB>of selectively removing foamed materials, the film crushing step S<SB>7</SB>of crushing the waste polyethylene film and the kneading and solidifying step S<SB>8</SB>of solidifying the FRP waste wherein the waste polyethylene film melted by frictional heat is used as a binder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
