METHOD AND FACILITY FOR FRP WASTE TREATMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable recycling of FRP waste as a fuel by crushing the FRP waste in a crushing step, selectively removing metals therefrom in a metal selective removal step, pulverizing the FRP waste in a pulverizing step, selectively removing foamed materials therefrom in a foamed material selective removal step, while crushing a waste polyethylene film in a film crushing step and solidifying the FRP waste in a kneading and solidifying step in which the waste polyethylene film melted by frictional heat is used as a binder.

SOLUTION: This FRP waste treatment method comprises a dismantling step S1of dismantling the FRP waste W, the crushing step S2, the metal selective removal step S3of selectively removing metals, the pulverizing step S4, the foamed material selective removal step S5of selectively removing foamed materials, the film crushing step S7of crushing the waste polyethylene film and the kneading and solidifying step S8of solidifying the FRP waste wherein the waste polyethylene film melted by frictional heat is used as a binder.
