<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery module capable of securing insulation performance and heat radiation performance of a battery simultaneously. <P>SOLUTION: In the battery module 1, thin-type batteries 3, in which a power generation element 9 laminating electrode plates of a positive electrode and a negative electrode is sealed inside a battery outer package material 8 formed of a sheet-like member in which insulating resin layers 6, 7 are laminated on both sides of a metal foil, and an electrode terminal 10 connected to the battery element 9 is led outside of the battery outer package material 8, are laminated a plurality of layers in thickness direction of the thin-type batteries 3 and are mutually electrically connected to form a battery laminate 12, and the battery laminate 12 is housed inside a module case. The module case has an insulating case 2 which covers the side face along the lamination direction of the thin-type batteries of the battery laminate 12, of which at least one face in lamination direction of the thin-type batteries is open, and formed of an insulating material, and a metal lid 4 formed of a metal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
