Disclosed is a method for providing an order-related service of a management server. The method for providing an order-related service comprises the steps of: receiving customer identification information and member store identification information from a terminal device of a customer who visited a member store; detecting acquaintance information of the customer who visited the member store using the received customer identification information and member store identification information; and providing an order-related service to the customer using the detected acquaintance information.
