The present invention provides an organic light emitting device with a low driving voltage, including a first electrode and a second electrode, a first stack and a second stack which are formed between the first electrode and the second electrode and emit light with different colors, and an intermediate layer which is formed between the first stack and the second stack. The intermediate layer includes a first intermediate layer which is located near the first stack and supplies electrons to the first stack and a second intermediate layer which is located near the second stack and supplies holes to the second stack. The second stack layer includes a P-doping charge generating layer which is formed on the first intermediate layer and a layer with hole transport properties on the P-doping charge generating layer. The P-doping charge generating layer is formed by doping an organic material to comprise the layer with the hole transport properties with dopant.
