The present invention relates to a method for providing content which comprises the steps of: transmitting a position sensing signal of a user, which is sensed by a position sensing unit, to a content providing server; transmitting a motion recognition signal of the user, which is recognized by a motion recognition unit, to the content providing server; transmitting a biological signal of the user, which is received from a biological signal sensing unit, to the content providing server; receiving, from the content providing server, content corresponding to a biological activity of the user predicted based on the position of the user, which is determined by the position sensing signal and the motion recognition signal, and the biological signal; and providing the received content. |
