<p>The present invention relates to a biomarker for an early lung cancer and to diagnosis of an early lung cancer using the same. Provided are an antibody or an aptamer specifically bonding to a GPx3 protein for detecting GPx3 existing in a blood, plasma, or serum sample, a nucleotide sequence encoding a GPx3 protein, a kit including a sequence in a complementary relation with the nucleotide sequence or fragments of the nucleotide for diagnosis or prognostic factor analysis of operable early lung cancer patients, and a method for detecting markers for diagnosis or prognostic factor analysis of an early lung cancer.</p> |
