<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the problem that using a release film containing a silicon based component which has a mat surface being used for an exterior laminating process for a card base material causes the silicon component to be transferred to an exterior sheet, and the bonding strength of the exterior sheet and a core sheet is reduced in a secondary laminating process of the post-process, and the reduction of the bonding strength becomes a cause of the peeling of the exterior sheet. <P>SOLUTION: In order to prevent the exterior sheet and a magnetic tape from being pasted to a pressing plate for pressurizing and heating, a release sheet is pinched between the pressing plate and the exterior sheet for the release film. For the release film, a fluororesin sheet having the mat surface on one surface, or a fluororesin impregnated sheet having the mat surface is used. At the same time, the release film has an adhesive with a high heat resistance on the opposite surface, and is integrally pasted to the pressing plate in this manufacturing method for a card. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
