<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition, by which low fuel consumption properties, wet grip performance, wear resistance and kneading workability can be improved in a well-balanced manner, and to provide the pneumatic tire obtained by using the rubber composition. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber composition contains: high-cis polybutadiene which satisfies the requirements, in which (A) the Mooney viscosity (ML) is 40-49, (B) the molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) is 3.0-3.9 and (C) the velocity-dependent index of the Mooney viscosity is 2.3-3.0, and has≥95 mass% cis content; a conjugated diene-based polymer which has a structural unit based on a conjugated diene, and another structural unit that is derived from a vinylsilane compound having optionally substituents selected from an amino group optionally having a 1-6C substituent, a hydroxy group and a hydrocarbyl group on a silicon atom, and at least one end of which is modified by a compound having the group shown by formula (II) (wherein m is an integer of 1-11, A is a functional group having a nitrogen atom); and silica. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
