PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for attaching an electronic control device for a vehicle capable of preventing an electronic control device mounted at occupant's feet in a vehicle compartment from being immersed in water, mounting a non-waterproof electronic control device at the occupant's feet in the vehicle compartment, isolating operation noise emitted by the electronic control device, improving attachment performance and reducing its weight, and eliminating a risk of cutting a harness. SOLUTION: In the structure for attaching the electronic control device for the vehicle for attaching the electronic control device in the vehicle compartment, the electronic control device has not a waterproof structure. An attachment part for attaching the electronic control device has an inclined structure inclined downward to the rear from the front of the vehicle. The electronic control device is attached in the attachment part via a bracket. In a state that the electronic control device is attached to the attachment part, the front end of the bracket has a folded part in a shape covering at least a part of the front end of the electronic control device.
