PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe inner shape measuring device capable of measuring a pipe inner surface accurately even if a measuring device tilts. SOLUTION: An inner shape measuring device comprises: a laser range scanner 11 which causes a laser beam 2 to scan along a tunnel 1 in a vertical direction and outputs ranging data for each direction of the laser beam 2 hitting an inner surface of the tunnel 1; a laser range scanner 12 which causes a laser beam 3 to scan in a direction tilting the vertical direction at a predetermined angleθand outputs ranging data for each direction of the laser beam 3 hitting an inner surface of the tunnel 1; a vehicle 5 which moves the laser range scanners 11 and 12 in an axis direction of the tunnel 1; an encoder 8 which detects each position coordinate of the laser range scanners 11 and 12 moved by the vehicle 5; and a PC 10 which calculates a tilt angle between the vehicle 5 and a pipe axis based on the ranging data detected by the laser range scanners 11 and 12 and generates a three-dimensional inner surface shape of pipe by correcting the position coordinates detected by the encoder 8 based on the calculated tilt angle.
