<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley device with a built-in one-way clutch with an extended life, capable of ensuring a high sealing property even in grease lubrication using grease as lubricant. <P>SOLUTION: In the pulley device 10 with the built-in one-way clutch, a pair of seals 30 and 31 are provided at both axial ends of an annular space so as to close the annular space, and seal sliding surfaces 11d and 11d on which the pair of seals 30 and 31 slide are formed on the outer circumferential surface of a sleeve 11. The outer circumferential surface of the sleeve 11 is thermally treated, and the seal sliding surfaces 11d and 11e are subjected to finish processing after the thermal treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
