A heat exchanger of a ventilation system is provided to prevent the unbalance of flow rate and pressure at air inlet/outlet parts by forming through-holes in guide ribs which are aligned continuously to prevent heat exchange films from slacking. A heat exchanger of a ventilation system includes heat exchange films and guide ribs stacked alternately, wherein the guide ribs are aligned with a regular interval for forming air paths. Each of the guide ribs has at least a through-hole(40) at a suction or discharge part(212a) for resolving the unbalance of flow rate between adjacent ones of the air paths.
