<p>The cell (1) has a measuring membrane (5) arranged at a basebody (3). A measuring device is provided with measuring electrodes (10, 11). One of the measuring electrodes is arranged at the measuring membrane. An intermediate membrane (7) is provided between the measuring membrane and the base body and arranged at the other measuring electrode. The measuring electrodes are centrally arranged and exhibit a radius between 4 mm and 7 mm. Thickness of the measuring electrodes lies between 1 micrometer and 10 micrometers.</p> |
