PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide non-conventional Fe-based metal plate in which only a predetermined region in a plate surface is integrated into a predetermined texture and to further provide new use of the Fe-based metal plate.SOLUTION: The Fe-based metal plate containing at least one or more kinds of metal elements other than Fe has the region partially patterned in a predetermined shape. In addition, in the Fe-based metal plate, a plane integration degree of α-Fe phase of the plate surface in the region is integrated in a specified orientation and a crystal orientation in the patterned region is controlled. |
