PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the mingling of metal fine powder in tablets completed by the tablet formation of a mixture containing a substance having a high grinding property, which cannot be solved by conventional technologies, to inhibit the discoloration of the surface of the tablets, and to inhibit the wear of mortars and pestles in a tablet-forming machine. SOLUTION: This method for producing the tablets is provided by granulating the substance having a high grinding property by using a solution or dispersion obtained by dissolving or dispersing at least one binder and at least one lubricant inhibiting the production of metal fine particles in the tablet-forming processes with a solvent, followed by performing the tablet formation.
