An oil transformer is provided to reduce an installation area by installing a radiator over an insulating oil tank laid underground. An insulating oil tank protection box(25) is installed underground, and an upper part thereof is exposed on the ground. An insulating oil tank(11) is installed inside the insulating oil tank protection box and has a transformer core/winding(10) inside. An upper plate(12) covers an upper part of the insulating oil tank. A lead wire outlet pipe(22) is installed at one side of the upper plate in a pillar shape. A lead wire outlet pipe cap(23) covers the lead wire outlet pipe. A plurality of cable connectors(16) are installed in a direction from the lead wire outlet pipe of a spot to connect a cable(17) to a cable processing chamber. A plurality of high and low voltage connecting lead wires(14) connect between the core/winding and the cable connectors. A fuse(15) is installed on the connecting lead wire. A radiator(21) is connected to an opposite side of the cable processing chamber of the lead wire outlet pipe. One end of a radiator connecting pipe(24) is connected through a head at an opposite side to the radiator, and the other end thereof is connected through a lower one side of the insulating oil tank.
