FIELD: blasting. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for making a circular film-type igniter for solid-propellant charges consists in vacuum forming a body of the igniter, having the shape of cup-like cavities with flanges, of polymeric film, filling the igniter body with a weighted portion of igniting composition and attaching a cover to the body using the flanges. During the vacuum forming process an outer cup-like cavity and an inner cup-like cavity are formed separately, the diameters thereof correspond to the outer and inner diameters of the circular igniter. After having been formed, the inner cup-like cavity is attached to the bottom of the outer cup-like cavity using the flanges, aligning the inner cup-like cavity with respect to the outer one and providing a required circular gap between the outer and inner cup-like cavities. Then the centre of the bottom of the outer cup-like cavity is removed. The circular cavity between the attached inner and outer cup-like cavities is filled with a weighted portion of igniting composition. The cover is attached thereafter to the flange of the outer cup-like cavity and the bottom of the inner cup-like cavity and the centre of the cover and the bottom of the inner cup-like cavity is removed providing a required inner diameter of the circular igniter. ^ EFFECT: high technological effectiveness of the method for making a body of the igniter and acceptable thickness of the igniter walls at the areas of maximal stretching during the vacuum forming process. ^ 3 cl, 11 dwg |
