A trolley (10) for traveling along a cable (12). The trolley (10) may include a frame (14) having a first end (16), a second end (18), and a rail (130) positioned between the first and second ends (16), (18). A brake pad (88) may connect to the frame (14). A sheave mount (28) may also connect to the frame (14) and include a sheave (30) for rolling along the cable (12). A carriage (38) may connect to the frame (14) and include a user mount (144) for suspending a user. The carriage (38) may selectively travel along the rail (130) through a continuous range of motion to control a braking force generated by the trolley (10) between the brake pad (88) and the cable (12). |
