Mechanical device for clearance testing especially for vehicle axles, consists of a frame structure (1) with rise rails (13), casters (12), an upper sliding plate (6) and a control handle (3). The first ball pin (2) with the control handle (3) is attached on the frame structure (1). The second ball pin (4) is placed above the first ball pin (2) on the control handle (3) and attached to the rod (5). The rod (5) is connected to the upper sliding plate (6). Upper sliding plate (6) is through a freely placed coupling element (7) connected to a stone (8), which is adjustable mounted on a link element (9) of a lower carrier plate (10). The coupling element (7) and the stone (8) are stored in the dot matrix bearing. The link element (9) is oriented towards the control handle (3) with its longitudinal axis. The ball bearing (11) consists of an aerial cage with balls and is placed between the upper sliding plate (6) and lower carrier plate (10). |
