The present invention relates to a method for providing a relay network, a mobile router using the same, and a network relay system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the relay network providing method is performed in the mobile router which generates a relay network by using a plurality of mobile terminals. The relay network providing method includes the steps of: confirming the quantity of remaining data for each mobile terminal by using a first wireless communication network; confirming a tethering priority by using the quantity of the remaining data and determining a first mobile terminal having the highest tethering priority; and providing wireless data, provided from the different mobile terminal through a second wireless communication network, to the first mobile terminal.
