The present invention provides syrup formulation comprising Montelukast or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in a suspension state as a pharmaceutical active component. In the syrup comprising the Montelukast or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof according to the present invention, the pharmaceutical active component is not existed in practically dissolved state, thereby having enhanced stability and facilitating dosage control. The syrup comprising Montelukast or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof has enhanced flavor and scent, enables patients to easily take the syrup, and increases drug compliance, thereby being useful for patients with asthma, allergic rhinitis, and the likes.
