摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemodialysis system for calculating an adequate flow velocity of dialysis solution which is necessary to achieve a target dialysis quantity taking into account properties or the like of a blood pump.SOLUTION: The hemodialysis system 1 includes a maximum setting blood flow velocity setting part 61 for setting the maximum setting blood flow velocity in the setting blood flow velocity set to the blood pump during hemodialysis treatment, and a dialysis solution flow velocity calculating part 63 for calculating the flow velocity of dialysis solution by analyzing a mathematical model on the dynamic state of urea using the mass transfer area coefficient of a dialyzer, the body fluid quantity of a patient to which hemodialysis treatment is applied, the scheduled treatment time of the hemodialysis treatment, the amount of the scheduled water removal in the hemodialysis treatment, the maximum setting blood flow velocity set by maximum setting blood flow velocity setting part 61 or a setting blood flow velocity which is lower than the maximum setting blood flow velocity, and the targeted dialysis quantity.
