PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time for adjusting a drain valve device so as to drain a prescribed amount of wash water in a case where the drain valve device is applied to a different-shaped tank device. SOLUTION: A tank device includes: a wash water tank 110b which stores wash water for washing a toilet bowl; a drain outlet 111a which is formed in the bottom of the wash water tank 110b, and is for feeding wash water stored in the wash water tank 110b; and a standard specified drain valve device 140 which opens/closes the drain outlet 111a to feed the wash water to a toilet bowl body and is adjusted to a specific wash water tank. The wash water tank 110b has a different shape from a specific wash water tank 110b, and in addition, has a shape which has almost the same horizontal cross-sectional area at each height from dead water level to cut-off water level as the specific wash water tank.
