<p>The present invention relates to a mold apparatus for foam formation of a product having a metallic insert member. The mold apparatus comprises a lower plate (1) fixated to a base; a lower mold (7) fixated and installed so as to be projected vertically upward on the lower plate (1); an upper plate (3) vertically moving from the direct upper part of the lower plate (1); an upper mold (9) fixated to the lower surface of the upper plate (3) and assembled with the lower mold (7) to form a cavity; a component support member (11) fixated and installed on the upper surface of the lower plate (1) in order to fixate an insert member component within the cavity, and lowering by being pushed by the upper plate (3) when the upper plate (3) descends to assemble molds and to be positioned on the molded surface (9) of the upper mold (9); and a component support member guide means for elastically supporting the component support member (11) vertically upward, and guiding the component support member (11) to move in the vertical direction.</p> |
