<p>The present invention relates to a spring forming machine having a tool holder (2) independently operated by a servo-motor (1) in a radial shape, comprising: a driving gear (10) installed on a driving shaft (1a) of the tool holder (2), and having a guide ring (12) on a lateral side; and a carriage (20) having a rack gear (22) geared on the driving gear (10) on one side around the driving shaft (1a), and a guide rail (24) sliding with a guide ring (12) on the other side. The present invention has an effect of quickly performing the work conversion caused by changing a size and a pitch of the spring, and improving precision when the screw part of the spring is formed by converting the rotary motion of the tool holder into a constant speed linear motion since the spring forming machine is simply mounted on the tool holder independently operated by each servo-motor.</p> |
