PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which fits to the body of a wearer and can efficiently prevent a liquid from leaking.SOLUTION: An absorbent body 13 includes an upper layer absorbent body 13b on a skin contact surface side and a lower layer absorbent body 13a on a skin noncontact surface side, wherein the upper layer absorbent body 13b is arranged on the skin contact surface side of an excretion section opposing region C. The absorbent body 13 has a plurality of compression points 16 formed by compressing the upper and lower layer absorbent bodies 13b, 13a in a thickness direction, and when the absorbent body 13 is viewed in plan view, a plurality of longitudinal compression point arrays 17 consisting of the regularly arranged compression points 16 are formed over a width direction so as to extend in a longitudinal direction. In the absorbent article, the compression points 16 are arranged so that when the absorbent body 13 is viewed in the width direction, the compression points 16 forming a certain compression point array 17a are not positioned on the same positions as the compression points 16 forming another compression point array 17b adjacent to the compression point array 17a. |
